More than $145,000 provided for Anderson County & Clinton City students and teachers in 6 years through scholarships and grants. Invest as a valued partner to continue making our school system excellent.
Welcome to The Education Foundation for Clinton City and Anderson County Schools. Our mission is to raise funds, foster academic development, invest beyond what tax dollars provide, develop teachers, encourage community involvement, and reward academic excellence.
The Education Foundation seeks donations from corporations, agencies, organizations and individuals in order to develop the workforce of the future. By contributing, you are making a statement that you are committed to providing a better educational system for our children.
“Thanks to the mini-grants provided by the Education Foundation, my colleagues and I have been able to purchase materials such as Mathstart books, a digital camera, science lab equipment, and much more.”
– Kimberly Hurst, Fifth Grade Teacher, Clinton Elementary School
Funds raised by The Education Foundation will be distributed in several ways. The school systems need to upgrade computer technology, buy additional books and materials, provide equipment for science experiments and much more. Funds for these types of projects are very scarce, if available at all. Funds for such projects broaden students’ learning experiences and make them more consistent.
"The ACES standards helped me grow as a community member and student. ACES taught me to push myself and to strive to be the best I can be. I am more motivated because now and thankful for what I have."
"I would highly recommend every underclassman drive to participate in this scholarship program because it really gets students to get involved in their community and realize how good it feels to help others."

"We were privileged to receive a $500 grant for classroom maps. These have proven to be indispensable for our fourth grade curriculum. This year we have purchased new dictionaries. We have discovered over 500 new words in these updated versions!"
On Tuesday, April 16, I was one of the Teacher of the Year recipients. This was my first banquet as a teacher of the year. The Education Foundation was my heart-felt gratitude for a lovely evening. Every detail celebrated the work we all do in this wonderful profession. Thank you and the Foundation for the recognition and generous gift card. Teachers rock!
"The ACES standards have helped me become more responsible as a student and more involved in my community. I have not only grown as a community member, I have also grown as a person."
"My freshman year, the ACES program pushed me to become more active in school and in my community. In the years following, ACES requirements became an after thought; I simply did what I love and everything else fell into place.”
